CDS Human Resources SARL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified HR, staffing, and payroll company based at Avenue des banques, Bonamoussadi immeuble UBA, Douala, Cameroon. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us through this website.

When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. If you send us a CV or application by email, we receive whatever information is contained in that email and its attachments.

To understand how visitors use this website and improve your experience, we use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, but only if you click "Accept" on the banner shown on your first visit. Until you do, neither tool is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and produces heatmaps and session replays. Google Analytics collects aggregate statistics such as pages visited, visit duration, device type, and approximate location. Our contact form opens WhatsApp with your name, email, phone number, and message pre-filled so you can send it directly to our team; job applications are sent by email. This website has no backend database — we do not store form submissions on our servers. Once sent, your message is handled according to WhatsApp's or your email provider's own practices.

If you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp option, WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) receives the message you send. All other assets on this website, including its fonts, are hosted on our own servers — no other third party receives data when you simply browse the site, unless you accept analytics, in which case Microsoft (Clarity) and Google (Analytics) receive the usage data described above.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information you have sent us by emailing info@cmcdshrmps.com.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the site works. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
